Refund policy

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only accept return in case of damage or different (Not as mentioned in description/Details). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any purchase that follows our size chart /Description / Details mentioned is not allowed to return.

Refund Policy
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card / Paytm (or original method of payment) etc. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange Policy:
We do not exchange the item.

Return Pickup:
In case on return pickup, if not picked in 2 attempts (As per courier) we will cancel the return pickup and will close the return request. we will not consider the same request again.

Cancellation:
You can raise a cancellation request by Email ID (srbdivinestore@gmail.com) or on Whatsapp (9259694464) within 12 hours after placing order. Once shipped order cannot be cancelled.
*Some Products on which returns are not allowed, have mentioned Not returnable in Description or in More Information section.
*Shipping charges are not refundable in both the cases.
